Bi-Oil Gel for dry skin is a special form of application for dry skin. Many care products for dry skin such as creams, lotions and body butters consist largely of water. This water evaporates almost completely after application to the skin, resulting in a cooling effect. Bi-Oil Gel for dry skin is based on oils and therefore feels "warm" after application.
